Drip Brewer: We recommend a simple 1 oz Coffee/20 oz Water ratio. This is the ratio we use to brew in our shops.
French Press: For this immersion style method we recommend a 1 oz Coffee/15 oz Water ratio.
Pour Over: Pour over equipment varies widely in style, so if you've done pour overs before you should go with your usual ratios that work well with your equipment. For a starting point, you can try a 1 oz Coffee/17 oz Water ratio.
For each of these methods, we recommend a water temperature of 195-203 degrees Fahrenheit.
